At Retail Theme, we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase and that’s why we offer a generous returns policy.
This policy applies to purchases made on the Retail Theme website only.
For items purchased in-store, please refer to the returns policy of the store where the purchase was made.
You may return any item purchased on the Retail Theme website within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way by the customer.
To return an item, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log into your account on the Retail Theme website.
Step 2: Select the item you wish to return and fill in the returns form, including a brief description of why you wish to return the item.
Step 3: Print a return label and attach this to the package.
Step 4: Package the item securely and send it back to the address provided on the return label.
Once we have received the item, a full refund will be issued, minus any shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Exchanges are not currently offered.
In the event that you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order.
5. Faulty/Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or for a full refund to be issued, whichever you prefer.
6. Final Notes
By placing an order with Retail Theme, you are agreeing to the terms of this returns policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
